Counselling/Psychotherapy
Counselling/Psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy, in which the client and the therapist engage on a level deeper than the everyday conversation. It is not always necessary, but you may wish to go back into the past in order to gain a better understanding of the present.
Counselling/Psychotherapy can be a life line, an invaluable support structure, a source of 'food for thought' or just the one hour a week, in which you are allowed to express yourself freely in a non-judgemental and safe environment.
